Acceptable Use Policy

Dealpipeline Inc

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and restrictions for using the Dealpipeline Inc. SaaS platform and its related services (the "Service"). This AUP is an integral part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. 

Violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. 

 

1. Prohibited System and Network Abuse 

You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the Service or our network. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our computer systems or networks. 

  • Security Bypassing: Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security or authentication measures of the Service. 

  • Malicious Code: Introducing any virus, malware, spyware, Trojan horse, or any other destructive or harmful code or material into the Service. 

  • Disruption of Service: Using the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. 

  • Data Scraping: Using automated means, such as robots, spiders, or scripts, to access, scrape, or extract data from the Service without our express written permission. 

  • Reverse-Engineering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service. 

 

2. Prohibited Unlawful and Harmful Activities 

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Illegal Acts: Engaging in or promoting any activity that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the Service is used. 

  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. You must not upload, share, or distribute any content for which you do not have the legal right to do so. 

  • Harassment and Hate Speech: Transmitting any content that is threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. This includes engaging in bullying or hate speech. 

  • Child Exploitation: Uploading, sharing, or promoting any content related to child exploitation or abuse. 

  • Fraud and Misrepresentation: Using the Service to engage in fraudulent activities, make fraudulent offers, or impersonate any person or entity. 

 
3. Prohibited Content Standards 

You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. You agree that Your Content must not: 

  • Contain sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively violent material. 

  • Promote illegal acts or substances. 

  • Contain personal information of others without their consent. 

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation. 

 

4. Prohibited Spam and Communication Abuse 

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized communications. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails ("spam") or other forms of unsolicited communication to other users. 

  • Phishing: Using the Service to conduct phishing schemes or to impersonate others for fraudulent purposes. 

  • Excessive Messaging: Engaging in excessive and repetitive messaging that disrupts the use of the Service for other users. 

 

5. Enforcement 

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP. This may include, but is not limited to: 

  • Issuing a warning. 

  • Suspending or terminating your access to the Service. 

  • Removing the offending content. 

  • Reporting the violation to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

We may also disclose Your Content and information about your use of the Service if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal process or government request, protect our rights or property, or prevent harm to ourselves or others. 

 

6. Reporting a Violation 

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us by emailing legal@dealpipeline.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly.
